Mencias and Associates is a team of qualified professionals who are in the business of managing, improving, and selling real estate.
Tammara Mencias holds a California Brokers license, an Associate’s/ Bachelors degree in real estate and has sold homes in the Los Angeles County; in addition, she has 14 plus years experience managing Homeowner Associations (HOA) and apartment complexes. Tammara is a member of the Apartment Association of Greater Los Angeles.
Roderick Mencias holds an Associate’s degree in Auto-drafting design and has a plethora of experience in maintaining commercial facilities and residential homes. Roderick and his maintenance crew are licensed contractors and are fully equipped and qualified to handle your income property needs.
